How we raise our fish.

We also specialise in breeding quality fish, mainly tilapia and catfish. Our tilapia are given space to swim in the river and time to grow, so the texture is firm and natural-tasting, with the same flavour as wild-caught fish. We farm fish without any growth enhancements. To achieve this, we have built eight caged long nets along sheltered waterways. This allows our fish to swim and exercise with the current and absorb the natural nutrients of the river environment.

Our catfish farming is land-based in Adukrom. We combine tradition and technology to bring you fish that is fresh, nourishing and sustainable. The fish are reared in tanks filled with natural water from the streams near the farm. This water is constantly changed to ensure our fish are healthy and disease-free — which gives freshness and a clean, mud-free taste.

We don't rush our fish. Each one is given time and space to grow. We bring you the freshest locally farmed fish from our farm, direct to your table.
